How to apply He-Shi Gold Tanning Milk:

Step 1 - Exfoliate with He-Shi Tan Remover & Primer before tanning for best results
Step 2 - Pour a small amount of Gold Tanning Milk onto a He-Shi Tanning Mitt and glide over the skin, blending the lotion in circular movements.
Step 3 - Shower off after 6-8 hours and moisturise daily to prolong your tan
